    computer came in almost perfect condition! two very minor scratches that i didn’t even notice until a week later. the battery already had 106 cycles on it though so im not sure how that is a “excellent condition” battery but other than that its been amazing! and there wasn’t an original box in the package either

    You have a good customer communication loop. Job well done. In regard to my first experience, the computer was $150 under market price so it was a good deal but I was worried never having ordered from you. Shipped in good packaging. The computer was dirty, but after a good cleaning it looks quite good. The charger sent with the computer was MagSafe 2 instead of Magspafe 3, so it is a waste of money and resources, because it won’t work for the computer or any computer that isn’t years old. So, I lost my $150 savings by having to buy a new MagSafe 3 charger from Apple. In that case, the model of computer I was looking at before choosing the one on Back Market had a much newer battery, so for the same total amount of money I could have bought a better condition computer. But all in all it wasn’t a bad experience simply not as good as my first option. Honestly it does make me think twice about purchasing from Back Market again. You should be well aware that you are sending the wrong chargers with the computers because it’s mentioned many times in your comments. I assume it’s because a bunch of chargers we’re mistakenly purchased or are just trying to get rid of them, which doesn’t feel good as a consumer.     Macbook runs great and I’m able to do all software updates. But even though I bought an excellent condition MacBook, there is a light dent. Not a deal breaker but I don’t think it belongs in Backmarket’s classification of excellent condition.

    I ordered an iPhone 14 pro max in excellent condition for my son. What I received was a 14 pro with scratches on the screen and ick in the speakers. I have ordered from back market several times in the past and always walked away happy. This time, not so much. I decided to keep the phone for myself rather than take the risk of sending it back for a replacement and tried elsewhere with much better luck for the pro max. Back market will not be my first stop for refurbished tech anymore.

    That MacBook came in awesome condition. The only noticeable dent is on the bottom and then there’s a slight cut by the mousepad, but other than that its fine. It didn’t come with the original charger, it came with a different branded one, but I’m not bothered, it charges as it should. The only downside is that it came dirty? But nothing a simple cleaning won’t do.
