    The whole process was great and easily manageable. Prompt shipment. Sidenote: the shipping materials that were shipped to me for the return/buy back of my old phone could have been delivered a little quicker. I ended up using the box the new phone arrived in and my old phone was a couple days into the return when I received the above mentioned shipping materials. This process could be a bit more stream lined. Overall a really good experience and I would do it all over again.

There were a few small, light scratches on the screen but they’re not noticeable with a screen protector over it. The battery was even at 100% maximum capacity! Lucky me! Everything is working perfectly and I received the phone in basically brand new condition.

    After a irritating 5 years of using one of those macs with the terrible keyboards and useless touch bar, getting my hands on something that was 4x as fast with 4x the storage is amazing. The cost would be a lot if I didn't care so much about the quietness and rock solid form factor of macs. But this is the best lap top I've ever witnessed, and I can't believe I get to own it.
