    I thought something was wrong with my 13 pro before, but after I bought another one for a family member it is very noticeable. I purchased a premium quality phone because I wanted a brand new battery but I'm pretty sure my screen was replaced with one that does not support apples pro-motion. The new phone I purchased recently for a family member is an excellent quality and noticeably faster in the screen refresh and scrolling through apps and up and down in settings is much smoother, even though we have the exact same phone. Really disappointed that something like this might have slipped through because the whole reason I got the 13 pro was for the pro-motion and it does not even have it. Bought multiple devices through back market and love the quality I get from here, however this time I guess the refurbisher did not think it would be an issue. I would look into the quality of who refurbishes your products because it looks like some are cutting corners to save money and hoping no one will notice. Well I did.

    I can't even say how much I love this watch!! I was blown away by the condition of it. There is one TINY scratch on the edge of the face that you can barely see and no one but me would notice. It needed a software update which took about an hour to install but was easy. The watch pretty much walked me through step by step. If you're on the fence about ordering, just do it! They have an awesome return policy and a 1 year warranty! I mean come on! Can't go wrong!

    I was able to get the best overall deal for my MacBook Air (2022). I saved over a $1,000 by NOT buying it new at the Apple Store but by buying one just a year old, I was able to get all the features I wanted, M2, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage and even though the condition was rated as "good", it me it was in excellent shape. The shipping was punctual and I was kept updated constantly. I would recommend Back Market to anyone who appreciates value and choice.

    1st time Trying BackMarket and my initial experience did NOT go well. While the purchased $1186 iPad Pro "looked" in excellent condition upon receipt (why I did not rate 1/5 stars), within first hour it completely refused to reboot and could not be recovered. It failed so poorly it could not even be turned off, which might cause further issues as I could not access anything to delete my personal info from setup as requested (Noted as "Personal Info Removal Required!" to repair). Same day returned to see if the actual supplier 'Loop' (Back Market is just a transaction facilitator) can repair, replace or refund my purchase and make me happy. I will follow up later with my final experience.
