    I had the IPhone SE before, so to upgrade to the IPhone 15 has been great and very nice. I really like how improved the battery life span and everything else is on this phone.     When it became time to for me to upgrade my iPhone, I made the decision for the first time to purchase a refurbished iPhone versus purchasing a new one. First I felt that the pricing of new iPhones were simply getting way too expensive. Secondly, I would be doing my little piece toward helping the environment. The overall feedback on their business was very good from many sources, they have a solid return policy if I were to need it, and their pricing is competitive. So I made the leap. I chose for various reasons to purchase an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Now out of fairness to this review, I made the choice of selecting a phone in excellent condition and added a new battery to my order. The phone arrived exactly on the day stated at the time the phone was purchase. It was now time for the unveiling. I was stunned at what I had received! The phone looked just like a phone that you get when purchased brand new. I seriously could not find a single scratch on the phone. Not on the screen, and not anywhere on the body. It was as though I had actually purchase a completely new phone! Before writing this review I still decided to spend a while checking out all of its functionality and making sure it operated as expected. I was not let down as the phone has met every one of those expectations. I still feel like I literally purchased a new iPhone! Overall I cannot express enough that Back Market delivered an excellent product and provided exceptional service in the process. You’ve now won me over as a present and future customer. Anyone looking for buying a phone should definitely consider making your purchase here at Back Market. While they sell other products as well, their customer service was top notch and I highly recommend that if they have what you are looking for, that you make your purchase here!

    It came in great condition!! Everything works how it’s supposed to. The quality is so much better than I was expecting (I upgraded from a iPhone 12) there are two very minor scratches on the top left corner of the phone but I’m not bothered by it. It came with 81% battery health which I was hoping would be a little higher but it still lasts me all day. Runs smooth, delivery came on time. I love it.
