    The purchase of the refurb iPhone 15 is my second from BackWatch, the first being my Apple Watch Series 7. In both cases they were super great deals, at about half the cost of full retail. The phone arrived in excellent condition, properly packaged, and on the date promised. It was so easy to transfer everything from my iPhone 11 to the new phone.     Got my device quickly ad it's great. But my trade in is a BIG problem. Wise smartphones say they never received it, but UPS says they delivered it. Wise is waiting on you to "investigate". How long can it take to reach out to the shipper that says they delivered it and find out what's going on?

    I have never truly had a vacuum cleaner until I bought this machine. If it were any more powerful, it would pull up my wood floors. It is THAT powerful. Dog and cat hair within a 5-6 inch radius of the vacuum get sucked in automatically. I love it. The only thing that says it was not new was the box. There was not a scratch on this machine. I love it. You can't have it back!

    Great so far! Suction is good, packaging was great. Shipping was very fast. We have 2 cats and a dog and this vacuum does great tackling the hair so far. Super easy to charge and very lightweight. We are still trying to figure out the auto-detect part of it. It gets stuck on low carpet and our desk chair mats, as the suction is great. This vacuum is powered by holding the button down, which takes some getting used to. Overall, good experience and highly recommend Back Market!

    Very happy with my refurbished Apple Watch Series 7! The appearance is like new, it looks great, and is much faster than my old Series 4. The battery health is 88% - I was hoping it might be higher - but it makes it through the day OK. Paid $175 and the cost to replace the battery on my old watch was going to be $99 so it made send to spend a little more and upgrade. Glad I did.
