I got nervous when I opened it because it was a little dirty (like no one wiped it down before putting inside the box, crumbs on it) once I wiped it….     I am very happy with my iPhone 15. I am very upset with the trade in process for my iPhone 13. I bought the iPhone 13 phone in February of this year from Back Market for $250 and was given a trade in value of $183.00 just 8 months later which I was willing to accept. Now it seems like you deceived me and reduced the amount you are giving me by $150.00.     Very nice computer and easy to set up. Shipping was secure and safe. Computer was exactly as presented and it is so important to buy recycled and refurbished electronic gadgets of all kinds! I am confident BackMarket are experts on internalization and externalization of costs such as the cost to the planet of throwing away digital equipment (at least give it to BackMarket or a e-certified buyer). We need a federal commitment to recycling of used electronic equipment of all kinds. Let's do this!

    This item is amazing! It arrived in practically perfect condition and also in BackMarket shipping packaging. The battery health was at 86% and for comparison, my brand-new iPhone 14 from June 2023 that I've used the crap out of every day is at 73%. For a refurbished phone, this iPhone 12 has been amazing and my fiancee loves it. I really recommend BackMarket to anyone who's looking to upgrade their phone but not to the newest, latest and greatest - ONLY to the mint/perfect condition ones. I previously purchased a "good" condition iPhone 12 and it shattered/broke completely following ONE simple drop from about 4 or 5 ft high. Definitely only go with the higher quality ones.
