    I ordered a s23+ and received a regular s23. my phone broke so I was replacing it. I had to send the s23 back before getting the correct phone. I couldn't send it back due to traveling and no other phone. I wasn't offered a price adjustment to keep the lesser phone. Customer Service was great and did what they could. This was my third purchase from backmarket. I'll just be more aware next time I'm ordering. I never caught on it wasn't what I ordered until my case didn't fit. They told me I ordered the wrong case. Once I checked the phone system, I realized it was wrong. All is good, just out a few extra dollars. like I said, I'll be more aware of future purchases.
