    I phone XR received. It was rated "good" by this seller. Backmarket defines "good" . . as Appearance: Good Light signs of wear. The body may have light micro-scratches, invisible at a distance of 20 inches (about an arm’s length) or more. For products with screens, the screen will have no scratches. The phone we received had 2 large scratches on the screen, other smaller screen scratches, and no charging cable. Also, the unit was presented with 3 business days for delivery, it was actually 5 business days. We are returning the unit. I'm also seeking a refund of Backmarket's "quality assurance" fee as it clearly didn't fulfill it's objective in this instance.
