    The cell phone is flawless and perfect. However, due to the used characteristics, there was a lot of dust on speakers, power terminals, etc. It would have been better if it was a cleaner phone. But I'm satisfied with the product.

    I could not tell that the phones I bought (one for me and one for my wife) were refurbished. Neither one had any marks or flaws at all, if didn’t know better you would have thought they were brand new. For the money I saved by buying refurbished from Back Market, to me it’s a no brainer. If I’m ever in the market for electronics I’m looking at Back Market first.Thanks

    The phone is stated to be locked to TMobile. But in reality it is locked to Boost Mobile. Neither TMobile not Boost Mobile was able to unlock the phone to make it work on TMobile's network. A solid a waste of time because of an incorrect website description.

    This product looks good but the function is poor now I'm stuck with this phone because I already traded my old one back. the phone screen does not come on if I flip it close I have to restart the phone to show my screen when it's not flip. you live and u learn everything else I brought seems just fine but this was poor representation and I'm very confused to why this was listed as good. I paid good money but this honestly shouldn't of been over $100 I can't close my flip phone! make that make sense

    Purchased this for a Christmas present and when setting this up, discovered the IMEI … both numbers were locked. The seller finally responded after 4 days now and I need to send this back, as I can’t get cellular in this state. Just a whole bad experience, and this should have been checked before purchase. I’ve bought several products from Back Market with no issues, so this quality assurance issue with this one was not at the top of my worry list, but this experience with now having at least 1-2 additional weeks before I can activate this phone plus another I purchased for her sister when these were Christmas presents is just a horrible experience.

    You make everyone pay a fee for "quality insurance". On my first order, you email me a day later that the reseller is out of inventory. On my second order, I ordered a Gold iPhone. After opening the package, it's a white iPhone. Not sure why you make people pay such a fee in the first place as it is far from being transparent. But, it's even more ridiculous when you don't have your resellers actually deliver what was ordered. Twice. Really a shame, I've told many of my friends, family and patients about your solution to a better, greener world. But I'll redirect them from now on.

    Phone looked brand new upon arrival, no scratches or dings, literally looked like it came out of the box which is awesome. The battery is mediocre but being a used phone its up to par for the price. The software is a bit glitchy…nothing serious but my screen saver pic will sometimes be there and sometimes it will be a black background. Not sure what that’s about but OK. For the price I am very happy, was a great purchase and way cheaper than buying brand new. I bought it in condition “good” and would say they underrated that condition. It was better than good in my opinion. Will buy from them again when the time arises.

    Heres my full honest rewiew for those thst are new or neverous. after having the phone for 3 weeks, At first the device looked very good the quality of the device was decent next to no scratches and only one or 2 tiny dents on the frame which isnt even noticeable. However after using the device for a few days to a week I found out that my display has touch issue which could mean my display was 100% replaced and with a cheap garbage display due to digitizer issues! I've also notice this weird light or halo effect around the camera cutout and at the bottom of the screen which just looks weird when looking at certain color which also looks very cheap, the display is the most important part and they went cheap. The colors look slightly off and compared to my s9 before this literally disgusting even with very bad burn in and a destroyed screen. This screen will sometimes fail to register even 1 finger and trying to use 2 or more for something like gaming is horrible and im a content creator using 5-6 on fortnite mobile, now imagine the anger i go through when i die when the screen just says no and having to put a few extra hours bec of the seller fault using a cheap display or not property checking multi touch imput for longer than 5 mins. I was impressed at first but turns out they're using cheap display which means I spent $340 for a phone and now need to spend an additional $200 at samsung to get a proper display (which is never going to happen), so I cant at least type in discord or call someone without property wothout having to press twice. so i basically gotten a headache for $340 instead of a deal. Let's hope I don't have an emergency. I went to the company website and they try to look personal but after seeing how this phone display act hands on for 3 weeks that's a white lie! I have a youtube video showing it just search up (General chris gaming - Crossfade Gamingplay) and you'll see in the first few seconds me showing the screen switching my second finger eith my thrid flicking the screen up and down. I spent a few years saving up for a phone and mannapov llc failed me and since this is current my only phone I can't get the device repair only thing they could do is send a screen and prey I know whst to do even though I'm rusty on phone repair or send a new phone straight up as a sorry so i can keep this one away from any sellers or give it to my brother since he uses controller. (sigh) but I don't really have trust on refurbish phone now even though i want to decrease e waste. I really spend the better half of like 3-4 years saving you guys could of done better:'( (Ps please include a Sim ejector tool and me taping the phone also makes this weird vibration almost like a spring but idk what it could be)

    At first the phone never came. So I had to connect with customer service, which was amazing! Sergio from customer service was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the issue! He was able to get a replacement ordered and it arrived in less than a week. I’ve had it for a month now and it runs perfectly! It was a gift for my boyfriend and he really loves it. Will definitely be purchasing more second hand devices from here!
