    I am honestly surprised with this order. I placed it on Wednesday June 28th and it was at my door by July 3rd. I got the condition “excellent” and the phone came looking absolutely new and flawless. There are no scratches or dents on it and honestly I was a little skeptical but now I’m definitely buying all my electronics from here. My battery life is at 95% and that’s good enough for me. Overall happy with this purchase.

    I ordered a phone in 'excellent' condition, but the battery max is 91%. Many reviewers on BackMarket said their refurbished iPhone 13 mini had 100% capacity, i.e. a new battery. I'm sure that varies by carrier, but for an 'excellent' condition iPhone, I expected better. Also, during setup I had many difficulties and bugs updating the OS. I'm just going to return this and get a new iPhone.
