    The iPhone 11 Pro Max works perfectly! The only thing I noticed was the battery capacity came with 80% Which is fine for me because the battery lasts so long... But for some people that might be an issue. Although the phone would still be cheaper if you had to replace the battery than buying a brand new one. So that makes this phone amazing!

    Shipping took about 4 days (I am okay with it). The phone was listed in "fair" condition. Honestly this phone is in excellent condition. It has minor scratches near the charging port that are not noticeable at all unless you are really looking and maybe a few microscopic scratches on the top edge of the phone. Absolutely no scratches on the screen or camera. Functionality is perfect. I put my T-Mobile SIM card in from my dead phone and setup started. Easy peasy! I would definitely order from here again.

    Screen came with a deep ~1/2 inch scratch and another smaller one despite the fact that I paid for a perfect screen. Only reason I’ve kept the phone is because it is a necessity as my last phone was stolen and waiting a week or so to get a refund/repair would be a major inconvenience. Overall disappointed and solutions are all too inconvenient to resolve the issue.

    The phone screen cracked immediately and the battery life is horrible. I used to trust Back Market but not anymore. The refurbishers must have used a cheap screen replacement because I’ve never seen a screen crack upon zero impact in my life. I have had 6 iphones and never has this happened with a new phone. Bad product refurbishing is of course is not covered in the warranty. Next time I will go elsewhere after 5 years of being a customer here the quality has degraded.
