    I found out about this website/company in a You-tube documentary on recycling mobile phones. They have a good variety of products at a very good price (with or without trade-in). I traded in my Pixel 6a and upgraded to Pixel 7. Trade-In offer was more than what google would offer, thus it was an easy decision. My Pixel 6a was in a pristine condition and the phone I received as a trade-in is of excellent condition also. The trade-in process is very easy; a few days after I received my phone, they sent me a shipping kit with a label, and padded envelopes for sending in my trade-in phone. It takes approximately a week-10 days to receive the trade-in money, which is transferred to your bank. I am going to upgrade all my family's phones soon too. Great experience!

    I was very disappointed that my Samsung Galaxy S21+ would not accept a Sim card. I mailed it back to the refurbisher on August 19. They had it back to me by September 1. Battery life is great. One charge lasted all day including 4 hours of video. Speed was excellent. I bought a model that only rated good, but the case and screen seem perfect to me. Very good purchase.

    Was a little tough to get the SIM card out of the old iPhone 7, would have been nice if the tool to exchange the old phone SIM with the refurbished phone had been included with the shipped phone. Everything seems to be working fine right now, hope it continues for at least a few more years!

    I would have never purchased a refurbished phone or computer if my nephew didn’t tell me about back market. So far I am very happy with my purchase. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro in excellent condition because I didn’t want any scratches and there weren’t. The phone came with a 93% battery which made me happy. I don’t know any other way of checking on the phone but it all seems to work for me. I refuse to spend $1000 on a new phone so I thought I would give this site a try. I like having a year warranty, but couldn’t see spending $100. For a two-year extended warranty. I bought a very good case with a 50 foot drop rating and will roll the dice. I have never broken a phone in 35+ years. I plan on keeping this phone a few years and trading it in for a newer one.
