    Phone purchased was supposed to be in excellent condition. Large crack in back glass and it has a slight bulge as if the glass will eventually come out of it. While talking on speaker phone it cuts out terribly regardless of your location. Just HORRIBLE!!! Thankfully for a 1 year warranty as I will be sending this piece of EXCELLENT crap back to be fixed!

    Back Market's customer service is excellent; however, this seller was a hot mess. First I was provided incorrect shipping information. Then when the phone arrived--having been listed by the seller as being in excellent condition--within 24 hours it was malfunctioning. I returned it and requested a refund. When it arrived, the seller "accidentally" shipped it right back to me, rather than issuing the refund, so I had to send it back a second time before getting my money back. Again, Back Market's customer service was supportive throughout the process (thanks, Yekru!), and my family and I have been happy with several phones purchased through Back Market, but I would not do business with this seller again.

    They sent me a blocklisted phone and there is no way to easily resolve this, so I am currently without any phone. I will NEVER use this site again to purchase a used item. My family and I have been purchasing used items for the last 10 years and this is the first time we have ever had this issue and such poor and unresponsive customer service.
