    I would LOVE to be able to tell you all about this product, but unfortunately the seller sent me the wrong product. After going through the hassle of returning the product and awaiting a replacement, I realized I never received an update. I reached out to the seller for an explanation and was told they did not have a replacement to send me. They told me I could continue waiting or request a refund, yet the product is still advertised as in stock. It is truly unfortunate to have such unreliable sellers on this site. If you've ordered on this site before you know you have to contact the individual seller for any issues and Backmarket's support team gets involved if you don't hear from them or they don't honor the transaction terms. For this one product I had to involve them THREE times to get responses to my messages. Backmarket's customer service was quick, kind, and efficient. Too bad they don't vet their sellers to insure the same experience across the board. Honestly, I suggest you look elsewhere for your used electronics. I wanted to love this company but this experience (and one other when purchasing a cellphone) have taught me better. Look. Elsewhere.
