    The computer that I received is not the one I ordered and I didn’t even receive a working charger. I contacted the seller and they insisted it was the right one. They ended up sending me a new power cord that would work. But I am very disappointed overall with the quality of the product.

    The order and delivery process was smooth and occurred faster than estimated. I unpacked the box set the monitor, keyboard and mouse to the side and examined the cpu. As I picked it up out of the box I head something metallic rolling around inside. I unscrewed the covered and found the SSD loose and disconnected. I placed it back into its guide and reconnected the cable hoping everything would work. So far the setup seems to be working alright. I’ll update as I take it for a test ride tomorrow! So yeah, product is meh at this point.

    So when the computer arrived, my son set it all up, turned it on and it said nonsystem disk or disk error and wouldn't do anything else. We contacted seller and they emailed a response a couple days later. It was the weekend, so that was expected. They emailed a return label and we sent it back for a refund. Will leave more info if we get refund,or not.

    I ordered a Lenovo M700 with 2 display ports (DP) and 1 VGA port. That was what the photo of the item was when I ordered it. I even chatted to make sure the system had 2 DP and a VGA ports. The answer was that it definitely did. However the system I received only had 1 DP and 1 VGA. When I contacted the seller they said the spec showed only 1 DP and 1 and suggested the solution was to add a dual DP adapter card. I messaged them back asking if they were going to supply the adapter card and if the internal display ports would work with the adapter card plugged in. I have not heard back from Micomp and I messaged them a week ago.
