    machine was perfect in better condition than expected looked new but was not as presented had no touch screen contacted supplier and they said they were out of the touchscreen ones and offered me $20 off to keep it I said no and returned it for a full refund the process was easy but why would you send out the wrong item knowingly in the first place

    I'm not sure why the condition for this review is showing as very good when on the order details, I paid for excellent. Regardless, the condition this chromebook showed up in is either. The entire outside of it is covered in scratches. Some deep, some superficial. The screen itself has 2 spots as if from being hit at some point. Paid $40 for 2 day shipping and it took a week. That part is not the sellers fault as UPS sent it the wrong direction last week but the overall condition is not what I had paid for. This is my third purchase through Back Market and I was so happy with the iPad and other chromebook (that arrived in Excellent condition and on time) that I was really excited when this one finally showed up but after opening the box and really unhappy.
