    I like my new laptop; however, the cord/charger that was included was not the right one for the laptop. I attempted to contact both BackMarket and the warranty provider by email. Neither of them responded to my emails. I will have to find another provider for the charger. The one provided will keep the laptop on while it's plugged in, but it does not charge the battery.
