    There is a defect in the system, It keeps flashing something about sending a text. Then it wants a response. It overheats on the charger. The battery runs down quickly even while in airplane mode. Not that impressive. I regret buying a refurbished phone for so much money.

    The MacBook came in almost new condition and worked as well. We needed to return it because it did not suit our needs. It was not the fault of the computer or the seller. When we initiated a return, the seller was very responsive, paid return shipping and within 3 days of their receipt of the computer, we had our money returned.
