    Both items sent were the wrong model. Packing was horrible. There was no filler in the box so both devices were just loose and able to bang against the box as well as each other. Didn't seem to damage anything, but they weren't the correct models nonetheless. Refund process was easy though.

    I've been pleased with my orders from Backmarket until this one. I paid extra for a laptop in "excellent" condition and I do not feel that the one I recieved is that. It has scratches on the outside and scuffs across the touch pad and even some sort of line across most of the screen. The charging cord even has the inner wires exposed where it enters the adapter. It seems to work just fine, so I will deal with the scratches, but I felt that it definitely does not fit the "excellent condition" label. I have pictures of all these things, but I did not see a place to upload them.
