    I got this for a discounted price, and it came with good packaging most of it look untouched but it is used judging from the S-pen nibs. Overall, no external damages or bad signs of use. Operates smoothly definitely a good choice for a first tablet.

    Apple was going to charge $299 to send my previous watch in for repair. Through BackMarket, I upgraded to a newer refurbished model with a larger face for $250 (including an additional year of warranty coverage). Delivered a day later. The setup was easy, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The price was right. Ten days later, so far, so good.

    I paid for a “Good” condition iPad. When it arrived and removed it from the box, it was bent! I immediately took a photo and submitted a claim to customer service. Customer service, it turns out, is an AI platform posing as “agents.” These “agents” gave me the option of a partial refund, an exchange, or a full refund. Since the iPad still fundamentally worked, I told them I would accept a partial refund. The “agent” THEN told me that a partial refund suddenly WASN’T an option, but they would provide an exchange if I send the devices back. I told the “agent” to go ahead and print me packing slips for both devices; to which the “agent” responded that I need to fill out a separate claim, which I ALREADY DID! I told the “agent” as much, to which it asked how else it could help. This will likely be the last time I order anything from BackMarket. The ONLY reason I’m leaving two stars instead of one is because the iPad still works, despite the damage.

    So I just received my new tablet today. It actually came earlier than original intended, so I have no complaints on that end. That being said, there are a few issues with connection during initial set up. I was aware of this going in however as it seems to be specific to this product from reviews I've read on various sites. This just means that during initial setup, this has to be done manually without wifi at first. Once I took care of the basic setup without WiFi, it connected to wifi and mobile Hotspot without issue. I had no problem logging into applications or downloading apps. I'm also happy with the Samsung Kids application that came with it, another reason I picked this product, even though my child is under 1 year, so this is mainly for reading, streaming, or cartoons when needed for longer trips away from the house. Speakers and touch work wonderfully as well and the battery charges quickly when used with a standard fast charge cord and cube. The only other issue I have is the charging cord that was sent with it. The cord appeared to be crimped or mashed in a couple spots to where the cord sleeve nearly shows wire. A a result, I will likely be tossing it as I don't feel comfortable using this with my product, but I already have several C usb cords of my own from other products, so it's not really needed. Other han that, I am very pleased with my purchase.
