    NOT recommend the seller: OEM Source Inc. I paid for excellent condition iphone 12 pro, but finally there is a big scratch at the right top corner of the phone. And i can see that a "grade B, 87%" wording is marked on the bubble wrap. Very disappointed for this order and seller.

    OEM Source did not send the correct Apple Watch. They sent an item of lesser value but good quality. It isn't what I ordered so I asked for a partial refund but they don't respond. I wouldn't order from them and beware that BackMarket really has no leverage over the resellers that use their platform. Resellers can send whatever they want to mark an order completed. Customer service is a waste of time.

It came with the charging cable only (awesome). I got a good deal with her iPad and bought a kids protective case and screen protector . I will buy again for my son - thank you! My item did not come in time as projected for Christmas but I also ordered last minute . Pleased overall and have nothing bad to say .

    You shipped a product that was still registered to the previous owner and could not be unregistered. I couldn't use many functions and a stranger was able to track my location. Waited too long for it, had to spend my time returning it and I paid for the return shipping label myself. Product lock/registration should have been the first thing the seller checked. Who will they try and sell it to next? Bad all the way around.
