    I did NOT receive this item and still waiting to get a refund. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I purchased a refurbished 2023 MacBook Pro earlier this month and I was charged and I did not receive the item. The customer service is email only and seem to repeat the same messages over and over. It is not worth saving a few hundred dollars to go through back market. The item had a label made but was never received by UPS. The customer service team is frustrating and I am pursuing this through multiple avenues to get my money back. Just go through Apple they also have refurbished computers and you can trust them. I will update this if anything changes and add to this if I have to keep asking why I have not received my refund for an item that was clearly never shipped.
