    The overall quality of the device is really good. Only a few minor visible scratches on the screen. The functionality is perfect; the screen works perfectly, no dead pixels, the camera quality is perfect, and all the buttons work as expected. Con: The battery lifespan of the device is pretty short compared to other devices I've had. It will last me through right about 8 hours of usage when Spotify is open in the background and playing. Along with the occasional YouTube videos. Overall: For the price payed it is very much worth it and a well worth purchase. There are almost no issues with the phone other than the battery life on it. I would most definitely buy from here again.

    It's always scary buying something online, there are so many scam websites out there. I was relieved when I got an email after my purchase that explained that Back Market's goal is to help protect the earth one phone at a time. I didn't want to spend a fortune and although my phone was marked "acceptable" condition it seems perfect to me. I love my new phone and I especially love the price tag. I will always be looking at Back Market in the future.

    This phone is in excellent condition when it arrived even though the condition was marked as "good". Holds a good charge, great camera, and overall much better than the moto Z4 I have. I love pixel phones but hated their poor battery life. This one has been great so far. I know where to go if I want another phone in the future. Oh! And very quick shipping!     I was unable to keep the phone and had to return due to issues with At&t. As far as the phone went I bought it under the "fair" condition so I was thinking there would be some scratches and maybe a dent or two ..but it was a beautiful phone, the phone itself worked well and to me was in great condition. I would recommend anyone to purchase from this company. Due to the carrier issue and having to return the phone, customer service couldn't had been any nicer, they got back with me the next day after I sent an email and sent me a shipping label.
