    I was a little skeptical but my techie friend recommended Back Market so I gave it a try and I'm glad I did. The selection of devices was good and although I ordered a "good" quality phone I honestly don't see where there was any room to grade one any higher. No scratches on either the screen or the body, no dead pixels, if I was selling it myself I would have said it was excellent condition. Perfect transaction.

    So far, I have tested all the functions of this phone. Everything seems to work as intended. In real fact, the only way I can tell it is not new is because it is not on the original box; meaning that for all practical purposes, I have a new phone on my hands, but for a fraction of the price. Will buy again, in fact I am recommending an organization in need of 8 phones to look at this site for a bargain with quality.

    I had ordered a used phone which was supposed to be in good condition. The vendor contacted me to let me know the gold phone wasn't up to the level of quality he was comfortable shipping. He offered me a replacement for that phone. It was blue, but the end user did not care what color it was. I accepted that phone. It came to me in the time frame which was forecast. It was already upgraded to the latest Android version for that phone. This saved me a couple of hours of downloading. I do appreciate that. I got all the info transferred into it, and it is working fine. The phone and the customer service are better than expected from this provider. All are happy here.

    I'm beyond thrilled with this purchase!! The phone looks and functions as if it were brand new out of the box and was only a little over $100. I downgraded a model from Pixel 4 to Pixel 3 but so far I don't notice any major differences (except the fingerprint scanner on the back, which I prefer over Pixel 4 facial recognition). It shipped really fast considering I ordered a few days before Christmas. And with the phone being so affordable, I bought the extra warranty coverage (cheaper and better than what I got for my Pixel 4 through Verizon) so now I have no worries for 2 years. Couldn't be more satisfied and I'm recommending this site to everyone now!
