    The Google Pixel 7 that I bought arrived quickly and was in almost new condition. The battery cycle count was at 27 and lasts a long time. Very happy with my purchase. In fact, I ordered a Pixel 6 for my wife. Hopefully it's in as good of shape as this one when it comes in. The only thing it came with was the charging cord, but it was brand new.

    I am happy with my purchase of my refurbished phone. The whole process was very easy (just don't forget to mail in your trade-in) and I received the phone in 3 days via FedEx. This is the first time owning a pre-owned phone and so far things are going well. It is nice having a phone that has a battery that holds a charge well. I have since purchased a case and screen protector for it. My husband ordered an iPad for work as well after my positive experience with Back Market.

    Great Deal! I never thought about buying used-but this isn't the same as used. The phone was completely refurbished and even came with a screen protector. I'm more than happy with the deal. They offered less than I expected for my trade but it's better than sticking it in the drawer with the rest of my old phone

    The phone I ordered was only considered "acceptable," but aside from some typical wear around the edges, the condition is amazing. The screen feels new and the battery seems hardly used at all. The only problem is that there is some kind of fragment in pictures using the front camera, but that can be fixed using the magic eraser.

    I purchased the item in "good" condition, but when the item was received I was pretty disappointed. The body was heavily scratched. You could tell that the phone had been dropped many times without a case. The phone was not refurbished compared to their standards. Dust and debris were stuck in the speakers and charging port. I had to clean it out myself. BackMarket made the returns process very easy. Just avoid the 3rd party Pegasus Mobile

    I've purchased 2 devices from back market. The first, a fair condition galaxy s21 for less than 300 dollars. The phone had minor scratches on the back and screen but worked fine until the sim card reader burnt up after 2 years of clumsy use. The phone was significantly cheaper, at the time of purchase, compared to new. I've recently purchased a galaxy s23 in excellent condition for around 500. Not a scratch, practically brand new for hundreds of dollars less. 10/10 would and do recommend.

    I ordered an unlocked Google Pixel 7. My order arrived within the expected time frame, and I was very satisfied with how the phone was packaged. It arrived safely in a bubble wrap-lined pouch inside a cardboard box. I chose the "excellent" condition option, and I'm very happy to say that my Pixel 7 meets that description entirely. I couldn't find a scratch or dent anywhere on it. It looks and runs like a completely new phone! I've been using it for over a week now, and I don't have a single complaint. The battery life is worlds better than with my previous Pixel 3XL, and the Pixel OS is great as ever. I haven't had a chance to really try out the camera yet, but from the few pictures I've snapped it seems great. This is my first Back Market purchase, and I will definitely consider them now for all my electronic needs.
