    Received a phone that didn't work. The screen continually went black from day one. I thought the phone was turning off but the actual screen just goes black. There was a crack forming in the upper right corner of the phone too but I thought this was purely cosmetic. I returned the phone to be fixed and informed because of the crack it was not under warranty. It took weeks for the seller to return the phone unfixed, I tried to use it anyway and still the same problems from day one, the screen just goes black and then glitches. This has been nothing but a headache. I want a full refund or replacement but the run around has been annoying.
