    The phone arrived in perfect condition. Delivery tracking was easy. The "good" phone looks like new - no scratches or wear that I can see. Migrating from my old Samsung to the new phone was easy and moving the SIM card was too. Everything was super smooth and easy. I never ordered a refurbished phone before but the experience was great and I will do so again.

    I ordered an Samsung Galaxy S20 5G in very good condition from Omnipoint Mobility Solutions, however, I would rate it as excellent! The phone was indistinguishable from new. Unfortunately, I returned the phone under the 30 day refund policy because the Verizon locked edition did not provide for use of an SD expansion card something I did not anticipate! The return was handled flawlessly by BackMarket and Omnipoint! I have since ordered and received a different model phone from Omnipoint through BackMarket and highly recommend purchasing through these sellers.

    This was the first time I purchased a reconditioned phone. When it arrived just two days after I purchased it, it had a small crack in the screen. Within minutes of filing a claim, the Selling was back in contact with me apologizing for the condition of the phone at 7pm on a Thursday night. They told me they could not sent me a replacement without first receiving the phone back (company policy). If it needed a replacement quicker, I could purchase a second phone and they would refund me once the first defective phone was received back. Well I purchased a second phone, and they shipped it with in minutes of receiving the order at 7:30pm on a Thursday night. I got the phone on Monday and it was in perfect condition. It is truly li k e a new phone without the box. By wed night, they received the first oh I ne back and credited me for the phone and the $5 dollar shipping on the first phone. I can't not say enough about the great service and response to me issue. I would definitely recommend purchasing a reconditioned phone from Back Market.

    I upgraded from a 3a XL to the 4a 5G primarily because of the increased memory and longer battery life. I haven't been disappointed, and the refurbished unit is indistinguishable from a new.     I would 1000% buy from BackMarket again. Great refurbished phone at a stellar price - really couldn't ask for more. I paid extra for fast shipping, and it arrived accordingly.     I was very pleased with the entire process, and the device I received. I bought a device in "fair" condition, but my untrained eye has yet to find a blemish. When I purchased the phone, I was under the impression that "fully unlocked" included an unlocked bootloader (also called OEM unlocked, or factory unlocked). I was incorrect. Fully unlocked refers to the ability to use any GSM or CDMA SIM. When I reached out to the refurbisher (Jack at Omnipoint Mobility Solutions) about my incorrect expectation, he graciously offered to replace the phone I received with another bootloader unlocked phone. His replies were quick, professional, and very helpful. I appreciate the extra time that was taken to get the device feature I was looking for. Feedback for BackMarket: I was able to look at some information about the phone referbisher, but was unable to contact them to ask questions before ordering the device. I realize that looking for an unlockable bootloader puts me in a nerdy minority, but being able to ask about that feature would have helped me find the device I was looking for in the initial order. I'm certainly not asking you to publish direct contact info, but a mediated chat, like I used after the purchase, made available before purchase could be helpful.

    My Pixel 2 is great. For a “Fair” Condition smartphone, I was impressed. It is quick as hell, no hiccups, and behaves a far bit better than my Pixel 3a (same refurbisher). It gets as loud as it needs to, it’s great to look at, and it functions as intended. It feels great to hold, and I am more than happy that I chose it to be the phone that I tinker with and such.
