    I'm neutral until I can get a new pay plan and eSIM. I contacted Back Market staff on 11/02/2024 to do so but could not understand why I was asked to go into my account ... which I had much difficulty w/o success, I think I gave my s22+ IMEI eSIM (357398765106734) or the IMEI (356550755106733). I believe I also gave my s23+ eSIM (356895680207563} or the IMEI (354206310207563). I want to purchase the 5Gb Data/mo. Plan for 12 months. I'd appreciate any help you can provide.

    The phone works almost like new, the fingerprint sensor is really unresponsive at times, especially when there is a screen protector installed.
