    I was really surprised at the quality of the phone! I didn’t expect so much for the price but they really showed that they are environmentally conscious and dedicated to quality- they even added a new seal to the screen! I would buy more now, seeing how they refurbish phones. Other products will be purchased with confidence! Highly recommended.

    Bought an iPhone 11 with the "excellent" condition. Screen is in great condition except for a little yellow marking on the top right corner. Not enough for me to really care about it. Battery is new although I keep getting "not authorized battery from Apple" notification. Other than that phone is great better than my last order which I had to send back for a refund (also from a different seller - Stay away from HQ Certified) 8/10

    The phone works perfectly and has a very good battery health, well over 90%. But, the physical condition was not as described. Excellent condition is described as “almost no signs of wear”. The phone has very visible scratches in the aluminum, camera rings and back glass. I would say it is in “good” condition but, definitely not “excellent”. It is disappointing since I paid extra for the condition stated.
