    Very disappointed. You guys listed it as being compatible with sprint and it WASN'T at ALL. And the ear speaker was all gunked up with stuff so you couldn't even hear out of it. It was my first time trying you guys and I ended up figuring all your stuff was that poorly redone and mislabeled so i had to literally spend over 6 hours with my phone company talking them into letting me use it as a trade in towards a phone that actually worked so that i didn't have to spend time and money trying to return it and get money back because looking over and item that poorly and mislabeling it like that screwing someone trying to save money didn't leave me much hope to bother with customer service. I don't normally do reviews but you sent me an email asking so I'm not gonna lie about it. Was my first time trying you guys out and Outrageously disappointed. I can't imagine wanting to trust your site again.

    Iphone 6s broke in less than two months after a 1 foot drop that someone else caused *(it was "Good" condition) and I couldn't even get it replaced or fixed. I looked it up on YouTube and it seems like the fix is really simple but I don't have the time or tools or money to get the tools because I spent a good bit of my money on a "GOOD" CONDITION PHONE THAT BROKE IN TWO MONTHS!
