    The product came in earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. There is a minor scratch on the screen that I wish wasn't there since I paid for the "Excellent" version. I read the breakdown of each grade and the Excellent rating says no scratches on the screen. I'm sure I'll scratch it up in a few months anyways, but I wish I could be refunded for what the Good rating would have cost. The battery level was at 86% which again, because I paid for Excellent I wish it was at least 90%. Overall not a bad experience but maybe next time I will just buy the Good rating instead.
