    The phone looks amazing! “Very good” is a great description of the overall condition. The only complaint is that the battery is at 82% health, so I will likely have to replace that soon. Overall, I regard it as a good purchase and good value for cost.

    The phone is in pristine condition, the battery seems very strong, I’m very happy with it. I’m a fan of this iteration of the iPhone, esp. since it was the last to use a regular headphone jack. It does everything I want, still updates to have the latest operating system, and is a great size. I needed more memory, so for a very modest price, I got that in a very new-seeming package!

    I have ordered with success from backmarket before. Unfortunately, this time was not a great success. I purchased a "good" condition model. It was good condition, visibly. A few scratches on the screen, but minor. However, when I turned the phone on to set it up I noticed that the charging was wonky. It kept making the charging noise every few minutes, meaning that it wasn't connected properly. Then it eventually stopped charging. I used a few different usb wires and plugs. Next it would not download the mandatory iOS update. It would download and then remain in the preparing update screen for too much time and then would revert back to the download option. I tried downloading 3 times. Pretty bummed about all this.

    This phone is amazing. I was really skeptical because I bought a phone on Best Buy the exact same phone actually and it didn’t work at all! The SIM card tray inside was broken and I had to return it. Since that happened I was a bit anxious about buying a phone online and I came across the website and was very thrilled. I bought the phone and it’s works and looks amazing. Almost brand new! The only thing wrong with it was a little bit of scuff marks at the top but hey, who cares? It looks great and works amazing and that’s all I care about. So thankful for this website and this phone!
