    The phone was labeled as mint. The option chosen and price paid was for a mint condition phone which as listed in the description should have no scratches. That being said, the phone came with scratches on both bottom corners, the camera liner, and the upper rim. The bottom scratches are the most noticeable. This is not what mint condition means. I know that it was hipped like this because the box it came in was intact and the phone itself was properly wrapped in bubble wrap so there is no way the scratches came from the shipping process. The rest of the phone is fine so it's no big deal there, but if I am to pay for mint condition then it should be as such. Also there was a charger provided with the ohone and it does not work. The charger will not charge the ohone at all and so it feels useless. I had to spendi more to get a workin charger. I jst feel overharged for the option I had chosen.

    I purchased an iphone 10 in 'good' condition which, according to the description, should have an intact screen free of scratches. The phone arrived with the screen loosely on and incorrectly aligned, with highly visible scratches across the whole screen, especially on the upper left-hand portion of the screen. Very disappointed in the quality of this refurbishing job as it seems shoddy, low-quality, and not-at-all as described.
