    I'd rate it if it ever arrived. Actually, if it ever shipped. After two full weeks of the tracking showing the package sitting in Canton, Ohio, I acquired as to why and what was going on. Zero communication, just a refund. The refund is nice but would have rather known that the phone was never going to arrive earlier than 14 days after I had ordered it.

    Had to send it back. Was supposed to be a T-Mobile locked phone but it was a sprint. Yes i get it shoulda worked but not with metro. I know itll be fixed but was already a little upset with USPS for taking 8-9 days to get it here then for it not to be right is disappointing. Already been 11 days gotta wait for it to get back to Ohio then resend another phone itll be 3. Update so phone was sent back over a week ago and still not heard a damn thing from seller. Im not happy that i have no product and my they have had my money for nearly a month! I want my money back this has left a bad taste in my mouth! Im so pissed atm
