    Poor customer service and not such a great phone I have bought a total of 4 phones from back market the fourth unfortunately had something wrong with the screen it kept moving up a down. I contacted the seller said that they could replace it not sure how long it would take but they said most likely not because it was probably my fault. So no refund. Waited 2 weeks to receive the phone and that was after I paid 2 day shipping of $20 didn’t even get refunded for that So I went and paid $100 out my pocket to put a new screen. Back market wouldn’t refund me even if I had the screen replacement receipt ughhh such a waste of time I should have just bought a new one. As for another iPhone I previously purchased it stopped charging after 2 weeks of use something is wrong with the charger port. Save your money and buy elsewhere
