    Delivery was quick - I was happy about that. My prior phone 6's touch screen started dying, and I needed something to tide me over until iphone12 is available. So, the following two defects: 1) the Ring/Silent switch doesn't work at all - mechanically broken. 2) reception - both wifi and cellular are significantly worse than my prior iphone6. I can be standing right next to the router and be getting 3/4 bars of wifi. 20 feet away or through one wall and it's one bar or zero. For cell coverage, I have yet to see full bars anywhere I go - and that's not normal either. 3) GPS worked for one day, then stopped working after that - navigation in the car is not possible without this. 4) Bluetooth does not work at all.

    Phone was listed as unlocked but was in fact carrier locked to AT&T and could not be unlocked as the device had not been paid off. This was an incredibly upsetting inconvenience as I had already went through the trouble of setting up the phone and applying a screen protector. Would recommend buying from a different seller and avoid the hassle of returning products.
