    The phone that was sent was advertised as Verizon unlocked, it was not. The company sent me a prepaid label to return the phone. I have returned it and I'm awaiting their response back of receipt and available inventory for a replacement. Check back in a few weeks, I'd like to report a positive resolution.

    Well. The phone was gross when I took it out of the box. The phone had a sticky-red stain all over the back and upper front corner of the phone and the screen was all smudged. I had to clean the crap out of it. Gross. Then the phone would only charge up to 74%. The phone then drained down to 13% just from using it an hour! Another iphone that was purchased from Backmarket that either was filthy or had a bad old battery. I'm done with this company. It's obvious the reviews on this site a fake.
