    The phone arrived on time in great condition. Great battery life, clear screen and great functionality. I'm upgrading from the s8+ and I do notice some differences so I'm glade i didn't choose to purchase another s8+. My only issue with the phone is the loud speakers sound a bit distorted. I'm not sure if this is the out of the box quality or if the speakers are a bit damaged being that I haven't had any prior experiences with the s9+. Overall, great product. Especially for the price.. I'm very happy.

    I initially ordered the phone I wanted but for the wrong carrier. Backmarket refunded me immediately, and we were able to get the same phone for the correct carrier sent. The phone came quickly, and in exactly the condition I paid for (a few minor dings). You can hardly tell. Backmarket is a hidden gem. I was so happy with their service that I just ordered a MacBook Air as well. 10/10 would recommend.

    iPhone 8 was in very good condition. Battery was at 80% which was what was advertised but drained fast and I had to replace it. Backmarket somehow changed my zip code which delayed the devices’ arrival for almost 2 weeks. Seller was helpful in fixing this but not fast. So, shipping was a 1/5. Phone 5/5 except poor battery.

    This phone was under the condition of fair or good I can’t remember. But when I opened the box it looked perfect. It did have some scratches on the screen but I didn’t mind because this was for my 11 year old as a trial run and after putting a good screen protector on it you couldn’t even tell. The system software was perfect it runs iOS 15 like a pro. No internal issues all microphones work and we are beyond pleased. Very happy with my purchase.     It is far superior to my previous phone. However I can not get any signal at all at my home. As soon as I pull in my driveway my calls drop. I live in a valley in west Kentucky. Verizon is my only option for a relatively close tower yet I often can't get signal enough to send a text, let alone a call. If there is anything you can recommend I would like to have better signal at my home.
