    Received the new phone quickly. It had a minor glitch in the screen (when I pressed “7” or “u” a new screen would pop up). I contacted ReCellio and they arranged a return. I sent the phone in, and it was fixed and sent back to me working properly within just a couple of days. They had forgotten to send the charge cord it came with back with the fixed phone, but when I mentioned it, they sent a new one that arrived the very next day. Their customer service has been top notch and easy to work with.
