    Came with completely flat battery, was told refurbisher may reimburse me for a replacement so I fixed it, then was told they couldn’t do it. Shipping it back and going another 2 weeks without it or waiting a week to get my refund so I could buy from elsewhere wasn’t a feasible option for me. I love the Mac, it’s incredible, but regret not just buying one new or at least from elsewhere. Poor first (and probably last) experience on BackMarket

    This computer was rated a good. It’s giving less than Fair. This has way more scuffs, dents, and scratches then a Good condition computer is advertised. Let alone the screen was filthy when it arrived and also had some scratches on it. Not very happy.
