    A week into having these AirPods, the right pod stops working. I leave it to charge over night, did a factory reset, unpaired and repaired. Ok it gets to working again. 2 weeks later, same issue, it stops working. Do everything again, however it is showing that the right AirPod just won’t charge. Cleaned it, still won’t charge. Let me also add that when I got this item, the case was dirty, scratches all over, AirPods were full of wax from previous use. I brushed all this over and decided not to give a review when I first got it but now that my pods are not working and it’s not even a month into having them is absurd to me. I contacted Backmarket but they want me to return the item which I have no problem doing since it’s shitty however my only issue is i live in the Caribbean and this is going to cost me a hefty amount to do so. I might as well buy brand new AirPods. Backmarket won’t accommodate me and basically gave me an f you. Please reconsider before purchasing from this seller.

    I knew nothing about these things when i bought them. I had a little problem figuring out the reset, because the instructions that come with these are very small print & not so great with trouble shooting. YouTube was my savior, because they were speaking Spanish! Lol! Once I figured them out, everything was good! Very happy customer with this purchase!
