    Received phone in great shipping timing. I bought an "excellent " condition. The outside case is perfect. But the backlight of the phone when on has a 🪱 wrom light spec like the screen will go out soon or its damaged. Its in the center of the phone and hard to miss. So it not in excellent condition. Should of been a different rating. Other than that the phone work well.

    I have an eSIM. It said physical SIM + eSIM on the product and order pages. The phone they sent my requires a physical SIM to get past the welcome page. This was not disclaimed in any way and would have affected my purchase decision. The body has a noticeable blemish on the bottom which I would not call a "micro scratch". Not super significant but combined with the SIM card issue, the product has not come as described on Back Market's product page.

    It would be close to 5/5 but there is burn in for the top half of the inside screen. It's not extremely noticeable, but I wouldn't call it excellent condition. When the background is lighter colored it's much more prominent. I've already transferred everything over so it'll feel like too much of a hassle to get it repaired or replaced at this point. I've had better experiences on BackMarket compared to this instance.

    The buying experience was more difficult than expected. The website would not allow payment with a credit card. I tried multiple cards that all work at other places, but it would not process the payment. The only option that worked was using PayPal. The phone was in good physical condition, but the battery health was below 80%. I have returned the phone, requesting a replacement but still waiting on a resolution.
