    The phone was beautiful and cosmetically in good condition, but I need to send it back because after a few days and finally using it longer while unplugged, I noticed the battery draining rapidly no matter what settings I used (about 1% every 7 seconds until it reached 6% battery and then finally stabilized. The health did 100%…) and used the camera which made a lot of noise that was audible in the video, and seems to be a loose or broken connection inside the device. I noticed problems focusing while using it but thought that had to do with what I was filming. Sadly that wasn’t the case. It has iOS 26, I’d prefer iOS 18. 26 may be the cause for the battery problem, I suggest the seller change it back to iOS 18 if they can, if they can repair the issues with this phone. The camera is definitely a hardware problem, you can feel it inside the device in the center of the back and it triggers when you move it around or shake it. I’m sad that I have to return it. Please test the cameras, especially taking a video before you sell them. Loud shutter noises aren’t normal, especially if you hear them in the video recordings. And if you install iOS 26, watch the battery with the device unplugged on battery saving settings. You can’t rely on the health for this annoying battery drain bug and there’s no fix for it, and no work-around on phones without the recently added Apple intelligence only in recent models from what I’ve read.

    iPhone came quickly but with a screen protector on it!?! Upon further investigation I saw the phone had a scrape on the side which is fine but the screen looks severely scuffed and potentially cracked on the side of the screen protector. I’m afraid to remove it and was wondering if the protector was placed to hide this. this is not the condition that I paid for .
