    I forgot to redownload the app on my new phone! But it’s perfect, 100% battery. The only issue is that Bluetooth doesn’t work very good, but that’s just an issue with the phone model I knew about in research lol. I’m very happy with the phone, and the color was worth it!

    Sunflower I was kind of hesitant to buy a refurbished phone but I tell you what back Market has went above expectations. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was brand new looking and was just beautiful. I will definitely be a continuing Shopper on back Market.

    I recently purchased an iPhone 13 from Back Market in “good” condition, and I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised by how great it turned out. The phone itself is super clean, with just a tiny scratch that's barely noticeable, it doesn’t affect the look or usability at all. The battery percentage came at 91%, which is pretty solid for a refurbished device. It holds charge well, and I haven’t experienced any issues with battery life. Performance-wise, the phone runs smoothly, with no glitches or unexpected lag. Everything from Face ID to the camera works perfectly, making it feel almost like a brand-new device. Overall, Back Market delivered exactly what was promised. If you're considering buying a refurbished phone, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot, you can get great quality for a reasonable price. And it was delivered in 2 days!!

    Just got this phone today and it looks amazing! I got it in Good condition and i expected to see some scratches on it but to my surprise there was not even a scuff on there, it looks amazing and new and to top it off it had 100% battery life!! That’s amazing not even my Apple refurbished phone had that. I absolutely recommend this seller! (SaberTech).

    Originally, I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone rather than buy an iPhone new. However, I am glad I took the risk because the phone I received was in perfect condition, as if I had bought the iPhone directly from apple. i ordered the ‘excellent’ grade phone and am absolutely ecstatic about its condition. I recommend taking the risk! Will definitely buy refurbished phones from here from now on!

    I love my iPhone and pro laptop, both are so like new it’s hard to imagine they are used. This has to be the best way to buy electronics in an ever changing tech world. Sorry I missed the cut off date to write review for laptop but I was busy getting to know all the advances since my 2009 MacBook Pro, and there have been a lot! And the iPhone is big so I can see the screen. A great big thank you to the companies that do such a super job of refurbishing!     This is my first purchase with BM, and I've been using my 'new iPhone to me' for about 10 days. So far, my phone is working beautifully. It looks brand new and the battery health is 100% (I chose the 'Excellent' condition). The purchase, shipping, and setup process was pretty easy. BM did everything they said they would do for me. I will consider buying additional refurbished tech products in the future.

    Very happy with my first Black Market purchase! I picked the iPhone 13 in Excellent condition and the phone came in 2 days in perfect condition with 98% battery health.     I took a chance on a 'Good' condition phone and was very pleased when it arrived. There were a few 'very faint' scratches on the screen, but when I installed a screen protector those are no longer visible. There were no other signs of use; the phone looks and operates 'like new'. I could not be happier with it.

    I replaced my out of date I Phone 7 with the newer I Phone 13 the Phone is in excellent condition even thought it was advertised as Good condition only a few minor scratches are visible, I had the Phone activated and it works great. Buying a refurbished Phone is the way to go if you want to save money.
