    (This is a 1-star review. The review system on this site is deceptive) I was sent a keyboard in the promised aesthetic condition - it had a couple of worn spots in the fabric on the corners, which I'd more than expected for a device in "fair" condition. I just needed something functional to replace my current keyboard that's on its last legs. What I received was a broken keyboard. Two of the prongs on the connector were pushed down, so that the keyboard cannot connect to the Surface Pro computer. When I detached the keyboard from the computer again, the cover plate on the connector ripped off. This is damage that would not have happened in transit, leading me to believe this was not "professionally inspected" for functionality prior to shipment. I feel pretty scammed, honestly. At the very least there's a 1-year warranty and a return policy, so I've only wasted my time and not also my money.
