    The product was delivered in an expedient fashion as I have come to expect from Backmarket. The box was taped up heavily, but the product was in pristine condition, as usual. As far as the Apple Pencil, however, I’m not sure I’m sold. It is not as quick, flawless, & useful as I had expected (at least for drawing and note taking as I have tried so far). Thanks, Backmarket, for continually providing a great service!

    Very communicative on shipping, most of the original packaging and instructions were included. Works well. The only thing I would say is the product I got was supposed to be in excellent condition meaning no visible marks from 8 in and there is a rather large and noticeable scratch on it. It doesn’t impact the functionality of the product whatsoever so it’s not a big problem for me but just figured I’d mention it for other customers.

    I purchased a pair of AirPods 3rd gens from Back Market. Now I know what you're going to say: Why would anyone purchase something that's been in someone else's ear?! I was skeptical at first, but with the experiences I've had with other Back Market products I thought I'd give it a shot since I haven't been disappointed yet. My question to people that freak out over using other people headphones is this: If you've ever purchased a used phone, laptop, or even peripherals (mouse/keyboard), what's the difference? They all have the same yuck factor as used headphones, yet people still buy those every day. I'm glad to say that these AirPods came super clean; I can tell that they cleaned them beforehand and made sure they were sanitized before I received them. The shipping time was actually faster than my 2-day shipping on the laptop that I purchased at the same time: However it could have just been a problem with the laptop order as to why these came in first. I've used the AirPods pro 1st gens for a couple of years before purchasing these, and I have to say I personally like the pros a little more than I do the 3rd gens. They have better sound quality (as expected with the pricing), and having no noise cancellation on the standard AirPods can be a huge negative to some. I do like the fit of these over the original AirPods pros, they don't feel uncomfortable even without the silicon tip. They fit in the ear really well, and I can't shake them out even with maximum effort. If you're not an audiophile these will be perfect for you, however if the price of the fair/poor condition don't come down from the $140 mark then it may not make sense for some people since the 3rd gens are consistently on sale for $170 at many retailers. To make things worse, the pros are only $10 more most of the time when they both are on sale! Do I like these? Yes. Was my purchase experience great? Absolutely! Would I buy another pair of headphone for $40 less then I could have new? Absolutely not.

    I had bought same product last year in better shape, less price, and came in the air pod box plus the seller added a clear plastic holder. This one was more expensive, mediocre shape, in a plain cardboard box. So meh. Kudos to last year's vendor, cuz this one sucked.
