    I was provided a tracking number that was invalid...never received any response about this in multiple messages...finally got an item close to what I ordered 4 days after it was supposedly delivered though a totally different shipper. Don't think it was model I ordered, not 'excellent' condition, no invoice and item doesn't seem to work. I've had multiple good experiences with back market in past. But this was frustrating and horrible customer service. I already had to purchase another item. And am now trying to return and receive refund. Wish me luck.
