    When it got shipped to my address, I wasn’t expected for the headphone like a brand new one since it is a certified secondhand website but I expected that at least it still has good condition and shape. But, bad thing is one side of the headphone is almost broken and I couldn’t even put on my head properly which is definitely not good condition. I’d like to get my refund back as I already got a new one. Good thing is I really like how they care about the customers services and concerns.
