    Ordered two Galaxy S20 phones in good condition from different Vendors. One Vendor had the phone to me in five days, while the vendor "Savitr Global Solutions LLC" took 10 days. I specifically purchased a fully unlocked phone, and the phone I received has AT&T software on it that cannot be removed. The AT&T software will limit the phone functionality with my Verizon carrier. My Invoice says to click on the button that says "contact seller" next to my order summary, which does not exist. Great price, but very frustrating now. I know I can return the phone, but that doesn't relieve my frustration.
