    Scammers, tracking number provided was for a FedEx package that was delivered to a different address. When I try to report a problem to FedEX the address used to ship it does not match mine, so I am unable to proceed. FedEX proof of delivery is a Lululemon bag in an unknown location, not my house. The kicker, invoice shows it was supposed to be sent UPS 2 day, not even FedEx. Let's see if Back Market makes the refund easy or if lawyers will have to get involved.

    Wrong phone!!! I paid several hundred dollars more for a dual sim phone versus a single sim phone. I just got overseas, bought a local sim card, and discovered this is a single sim model, NOT the dual sim model that I paid for. Now I'm on the other side of the world with a phone that doesn't do what I need or what I paid for! This is absolute BS. The phone also arrived about a week later than Backmarket said it would. I've purchased 4 phones in total off of BackMarket and have had a negative experience with all of them. This was the worst as it was a straight bait and switch and they happily pocketed the money.

    I like the phone a lot. I did think though, since my husband bought the highest level refurb for me, that it would come with a new battery, which is reading at 75%.
